The ECS system is the preferred system to use when a security lock box is required for security purposes. The raising and lowering cable runs inside a conduit race way protecting the cable. This system is preferred in a school application. The ECS system utilizes a portable manual crank winch with a special brake preventing the fixture from free falling during the raising and lowering operation. Only one portable lowering tool (LT-4) is required per application.
